

Note – To support Mr. Bollier’s grandson, Ben, and help raise money for research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis (CF), he has completed 7 Iron Butt rides on his Harley and has raised some $30,000. The definition of an Iron Butt ride, as defined by the American Iron Butt Association, is a documented motorcycle ride of 1,000 miles within 24 hours.

Gary L. Bollier is the President, Owner and a Founding Member of Geneva Investments, LLC (GI). In 1998, GI was started as a subsidiary of Geneva Capital Group. Several years later, he purchased the company and today is the sole owner. Mr. Bollier has been involved in marketing, designing, developing, financing and investing in the real estate since 1975.
For some 22 years, he served as Senior Vice President and directed Geneva Capital Group’s Corporate Development / Marketing activities as well as worked on projects with GI. Geneva Capital Group specializes in commercial real estate finance. He joined Geneva Capital Group in 1996. Mr. Bollier has been integral to Geneva’s growth over the past 12 years as originations have increased six-fold. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he served as the Principal on two work-out projects dealing with construction, marketing and management issues.
His experience includes serving as Corporate Business Development Director at Perkins & Will, Architects; Managing Principal, Chicago Office at Johnson, Johnson & Roy, Planners; and Vice President, Group Asset Manager, at Oxford, a regional apartment developer and manager. With these firms, Mr. Bollier served in key management positions and had responsibility for annual budgets, sales and marketing, asset management, planning, corporate development, and personnel.
Additionally, Mr. Bollier served as National President of CLARB, a professional licensing agency, as State Chairman of the Illinois Architect/Engineer Council, as State Chairman of the Indiana Board of Registration for Architects and Landscape Architects, and as Chairman of the Building Committee of the recently completed $40 million Wheaton Bible Church relocation project. Mr. Bollier is a volunteer leader with Alpha.
Mr. Bollier is a licensed Landscape Architect and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa. He received an undergraduate degree from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.
